Rehearsals are well underway for the ‘Pied Piper’ Pantomime.

The performance will be on the 16th, 17th and 18th February 2006 at the OHS Community Centre, Forest Road, Onehouse.

In the New Year tickets will go on sale, priced £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for children.

More details to follow.

September 2005

The date for auditions for the Pied Piper has been changed. These will now be on Wednesday 28^th September at 7.30pm in the OHS Community Centre.

There has been lots of interest already – so please do come to the auditions.  We will also be pleased to see anyone interested in helping backstage.

The Jubilee Players AGM is on Wednesday 8^th June at 7.30pm in the Community Centre, Onehouse. Everyone welcome!

After the AGM the Panto (February half-term 2006) will be discussed. The script will be available to look at.

We desperately need a Producer, Wardrobe person, Props person, and Musical Director but most of all we need a cast! If helping backstage is more your thing I'm sure there will be plenty we can find you to do!

Although we encourage members from our local community our membership is open to anyone at the discretion of the Committee.

Just a note to remind anyone interested in taking part in the February 2006 'half-term Pantomime' that we will be meeting to discuss details immediately after the AGM. This will be held on Wednesday 8^th June, 2005 at 7.30pm at the Community Centre, Onehouse.

At the present time we do not have anyone to produce the 'Panto', therefore if anyone is interested, please contact Jan (613343) or Carole (736025)

£305 was raised at the Showstoppers production. Expenses were £197-80. Shortly, a cheque for £107-20 will be donated to the Management Committee to assist with the day to day running of the Community Centre.

Jan and I will be scanning the libraries for a traditional 'Panto' script. Fingers crossed we'll be able to bring one along to the AGM. Look forward to seeing many of you there - Best Wishes Carole and Jan.a

March 2005

Our Showstoppers show on the 19^th February 2005 was a big hit with cast and audience alike. Once the expenses have been deducted the balance will be handed over to the Management Committee to help with the day-to-day running of the Community Centre.

Evelyn and Kathleen were brilliant on the musical side of things. John Roe helped our youngsters with their music and lighting for their dancing and sketches.

Dean and all the helpers backstage worked so hard and we thank them most sincerely. Chelsie and Debra were front of house selling tickets, raffle tickets and choc-ices. Ray our compere helped the evening flow very smoothly.

So many people helped to organise the show and we and the cast would like to say a very big THANK YOU!

Our A.G.M. will be held in the Community Centre on Wednesday 8^th June at 7.30pm. On that evening too we would like anyone interested in doing a Pantomime next February 2006 during half term to come along. Hopefully Jan and I will have decided on a script and we'll be able to audition after the A.G.M.
